If our passengers are going to travel to Chios, they must perform the procedures stated below and apply to the Chios authorities.

You must declare the pet you will take with you by phone or in person to Ertürk Turizm 3 business days before your travel.

You must submit the Form requested by the Chios authorities to be filled out by authorized Veterinarians for international transactions, as filled and approved.

Chios authorities do not accept pet owners who come to the island without notification and send them back to the country. In addition, our company is subject to penalties for bringing your pet with you without declaring it to our company.

If you pass without notifying your pet in advance, it will not be accepted to the ship and you cannot request a refund or date change. Your rights on the ticket will expire.

The visa on arrival is a "single entry" easy visa type. Ertürk Turizm has been providing services as the authorized agency for the visa on arrival since the visa application started.

You can stay for a maximum of 7 days with the visa on arrival. It is sufficient to present your hotel voucher purchased for the number of days you will stay + your round trip tickets.

You can travel and stay between all Greek islands with the visa on arrival.

You can go directly to Italy from the Greek ports of Patras and Igoumenitsa. To do this, you go from Çeşme to Chios, and from Chios to the Athens port of Pireaus. After approximately 230 km of land, you reach Patra, another port of Athens.

You can go from Patra to the Italian ports of Ancona - Bari - Brindisi - Venice or Triestre by direct ferries.

The passport validity period of Turkish citizens who will enter Chios must be 90 days as of the date of return. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to enter the country.

As there are international disputes between Greece and Northern Cyprus; passangers with stamp are not permitted to enter the Island of Chios.
Inorder to avoid any unpleasent consequences, kindly check before your departure.

Turkish Citizens with the Northern Cyprus birth and mentioned on the passport are not permitted to enter to Chios Island.

For all the Turkish Citizen passangers, a minimum of 90 days is needed from the start of their return date. In contrary cases no entrance is allowed to Island.

EURO is used all through out the Island. Exchanging Euro currency is advised to all our passangers before their departure date as there is no Currency Office exists near our Main Ertürk Office nor at the Çeşme Bazaar in the early morning.

You may park your vehicle near the Ulusoy Port Building for 25TL per day.(Free for the Winter Season).
You may also park for free around the Port where there is no prohibition.

Turkish Citizens who would like to travel to abroad may pay their Trip Fees not only to Ziraat Bank but also on the spot of departure, in the Ulusoy Port building.
All Turkish passangers may acquire their Departure Stamps at the Ulusoy Port Building.

Distance to Chios Island from Çeşme is 7,5 miles. While the voyage with the Ferry takes around 45-50 minutes, it is only 20-25 minutes with the Ertürk Catamaran.

Yes indeed. All passangers must have a valid Passport which holds a Scghengen Visa. In contrary cases entrance to Island will not be permitted.
