For Private Sector Employees

• All items above
• Employment declaration, stamped by the employer
• Bankbook will be processed for the last 3 months, current and with a balance, no internet printout
• Credit card statements
• Hotel flight reservation
• Travel Health insurance (our agency) )
• 2 pictures, background is white
• Passport will be valid for at least 6 months after the visa expires
• Hotel flight reservation
• The petition will explain the purpose of the trip and include expenses
• There must be 1,000 USD in cash
