For Business Owners
- A petition addressed to the Consulate (on a letterhead and by the person authorized to sign on the signature circular)
- A photocopy of the account book
- A photocopy of the real estate title deed
- A recent activity certificate (from a chamber of commerce or industry or a registered professional association)
- A photocopy of the trade registry gazette
- A photocopy of the tax plate (if the tax plate is a loss or a new registration; copies of the company's bank account book and balance sheet)
- A signature circular
- A hotel and flight reservation for touristic travellers, an additional invitation if it is from commercial travellers
A private sector employee
- A hotel and flight reservation for touristic travellers, an additional invitation if it is from commercial travellers
- A signature circular of the company
- A photocopy of the tax plate (if the tax plate is a loss or a new registration; copies of the company's bank account book and balance sheet)
- A recent activity certificate (from a chamber of commerce or industry or a registered professional association) union)
- Copy of the trade registry gazette
- Insurance employment declaration (SSK entry declaration again and old SSK employment declaration if new employment)
- 4-month insurance declaration
- Last three-month payroll
- Copy of account book
- Copy of real estate title deed
- Copy of credit cards
- Hotel and flight reservations for touristic travellers and additional invitation for commercial travellers
For Housewives
- Petition addressed to the consulate
- Copy of real estate title deed
- Copy of account book
- If the spouse is employed or an employer, the above-mentioned documents will be attached.
- Swiss visa application as a student
- Recent student certificate from school
- Consent letter from mother and father if under 18
- If the family is an employer or on the payroll, all of the above-mentioned documents will be attached.
For Retirees
- A petition addressed to the consulate
- A photocopy of the retirement certificate
- A photocopy of the health card
- A photocopy of the real estate title deed
- A photocopy of the bank book
For closed groups
- A petition addressed to the consulate on the company's letterhead (The authorized signatory will sign)
- A list of group names, the expenses must be covered by our company.
- A photocopy of the Tax Certificate
- A certificate of activity (newly dated and original)
- A circular of signature (newly dated and can be a photocopy)
- A photocopy of the Trade Registry Gazette
- Also.. 1 Photo + Visa Fee (Fees are determined by the consulates, they may change.)
A passport valid for at least 6 months (the passport must be signed)
Visa application forms must be filled out and signed by the passengers in person.
A visa cannot be applied to the "customs and foreign exchange transactions" pages of the passports.

IF YOUR PASSPORT HAS BEEN RENEWED AND THERE IS A VISA BELONGING TO THE RELATED CONSULATE IN YOUR OLD PASSPORT, IT WILL BE USEFUL TO SUBMIT YOUR OLD PASSPORT WITH THE DOCUMENTS.
IF THE CONSULATE DOCUMENTS OR PREVIOUSLY OBTAINED VISAS ARE NOT SUFFICIENT, IT MAY REQUEST ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS OR A PERSONAL INTERVIEW.
Individual Visa returns at least 3 days after the application date.
