DOCUMENT LISTS REQUIRED FOR ISRAEL VISA

For Business Owners

• Tax plate
• Signature circular
• The company's activity certificate from the chamber of commerce and industry or registration with the relevant professional chamber. (recently dated)
• Trade registry gazette
• 2 pictures with a white background
• Passport valid for at least 6 months from the end of the visa
• The petition on the company's letterhead will explain the purpose of the trip and include the expense statement.
• Invitation to be received from the other party
• Your round trip/return ticket (rez) with dates specified (for tourism)

For Private Sector Employees

• Tax plate
• Signature circular
• The company's activity certificate from the chamber of commerce and industry or registration with the relevant professional chamber. (newly dated)
• Trade registry gazette
• Employment declaration, stamped by the employer
• Last 4 months' pay slips
• Bank booklet processed for the last 3 months, current and with balance, no internet printout
• Credit card statements
• Hotel flight reservation
• Travel health insurance (can be made by our agency)
• 2 pictures with white background
• Passport valid for at least 6 months from the visa expiration date
• your round trip ticket (reserv) (for tourism)

For Public Personnel

• A duty letter from the institution he/she is affiliated with (stamped and signed) and the dates between which he/she started working will be stated.
• Permission letter from the institution he/she was affiliated with (stamped and signed)
• Last 4 months salary slip
• Bank book processed and with balance for the last 3 months
• Credit card statements
• Travel health insurance
• Petition explaining the purpose of travel
• 2 pictures with white background
• Passport valid for at least 6 months from the end of the visa
• Your outbound/return ticket with dates specified (rez) (for tourism)

For Retirees

• Retirement book
• Document showing the institution where he/she received his/her last 4 months salary or bank account book.
• 2 pictures with white background
• Passport valid for at least 6 months from the end of the visa
• Your outbound/return ticket with dates specified (rez) (for tourism)
• For Students
• Student certificate, photocopy of ID
• Letter showing acceptance from the school on the other side.
• Receipt of the receipt showing that money was paid to the school.
• For those under 18 years old, a notarized consent form from parents (original)
• 2 photos with a white background
• Passport valid for at least 6 months from the expiration date of the visa
• Your round trip ticket (reserv) (for tourism)
