Important points to consider regarding visas:
Visit/Holiday visas are ONLY granted for short-term stays. The duration of your stay in the country will be determined by the Immigration Officer at the Port of Entry, but in any case, it will not exceed a maximum of 90 days.
It is not possible to extend your stay for more than 90 days.
You must leave the country on or before the date stamped on your passport by the Immigration Officer. (The dates stated on the visa stamp indicate the dates on which you can enter the country).
You must present all the documents specified below.

IRELAND VISA REQUIRED DOCUMENT LISTS
- Completely completed and signed application form
- 3 photographs (recent, coloured and from the front)
- Passport valid for 6 months after the date you plan to leave the country.
- All information and documents indicating the reason for your visit - visiting family, friends, etc. (Photocopy of all processed pages of the passport)
- Marriage Certificate
- Flight reservation.
- If you plan to stay at a hotel, a reservation confirmation from the hotel.
- An invitation from the person inviting you to Ireland stating that you will be provided with accommodation during your stay in the country.
- A written undertaking from both you and the person inviting you that you will comply with the visa conditions, that you will not create a financial burden for the country and that you will leave the country at the end of the permitted stay.
- NOTE: Failure to comply with the visa conditions or staying in the country for longer than the permitted period will negatively affect your future visa applications and may also cause the person inviting you to face sanctions.
- Detailed information about your acquaintance or relationship with the person inviting you and documents and evidence confirming this information.
- If the person inviting you is not an Irish citizen, proof that the person has a residence permit in Ireland. Copy of the GNIB card and passport with the Immigration Service stamps.
- Letter of invitation
- If the person inviting you is not an Irish citizen, a photocopy of the residence and work permits is also required in addition to the invitation letter. The invitation letter must include the names of the inviting and the person being invited, the date the invitation is valid, and the inviting person's full address and contact numbers. ***
- If the person inviting you is an Irish citizen, a photocopy of a few pages from their passport
- Proof of how you will cover your expenses during your travel and stay in the country, taking into account unexpected events such as illness. A detailed bank statement for the last 6 months prior to your visa application, showing that you have sufficient financial resources to cover all your expenses.
- NOTE: It is recommended that you have valid health/travel insurance for the duration of your intended visit to the country.
- If your expenses will be covered by the person who invited you to Ireland, a detailed bank statement from the person in question for the last 6 months before your visa application, showing that they have sufficient financial resources to cover your expenses during your stay.
- A lump sum of money deposited into the bank shortly before your visa application will not be taken into account.
- Documents and evidence that you have to return to your country of permanent residence
- If you are employed, a letter from your employer stating how long you have been employed in the job in question, the dates you will use your annual leave and the date you must return to start working again in the same job.
- Relevant documents from your workplace (tax certificate, circular of signature, commercial registry gazette, activity certificate)
- 3 consecutive months of wage slips.
- Employment declaration (insurance statement for the last 3 months)
- If you are a student, a letter from the school administration stating the grade you are attending, how many years you have been attending the same school, how many years/terms you have completed at the same school and that you will continue your education at the same school after your visit to Ireland.
- Certificate of Population Registration
- If the applicant is under 18 years of age, a consent form from the mother and father.
- NOTE: All letters you submit must be prepared on the official letterhead of the employer or school and all details about the person to be contacted for verification purposes must be stated. These details must include the full postal address, full name of the person to be contacted, position in the company or school, telephone number (landline phone) and e-mail address if available (e-mail addresses such as Yahoo or Hotmail are not accepted). If available, the website address must also be stated.
- If you live in your own home or are a renter, you can also provide evidence of your return to your country at the end of your visit (a copy of the car registration, etc.)
- Detailed information about your family members residing in the country you are permanently residing in.
- If you are married or have a child under the age of 18 and your spouse or children will not be traveling with you, you must also present your marriage certificate and birth certificates of your children.
- For group trips, you must also provide your travel program and reservation receipt.
- If you are going to visit any other country before entering Ireland, it is mandatory to obtain a visa for that other country before applying for an Irish visa.

ALL PETITIONS ARE RECEIVED IN ENGLISH. NON-ENGLISH PETITIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
NOTE: SUBMITTING ALL OF THE SPECIFIED DOCUMENTS IS ABSOLUTELY NOT A GUARANTEE THAT A VISA WILL BE GIVEN.
Decisions on tourist visa applications take at least 5-6 weeks. This should be taken into consideration in travel plans
ALL DOCUMENTS MUST BE PREPARED AND APPLIED IN 2 SETS FOR ISTANBUL AND 1 SET FOR ANKARA.
NOTE: APPLICATIONS WITH EMPTY PASSPORTS AND PASSPORTS THAT HAVE NOT ENTERED EUROPEAN COUNTRIES IN THE LAST 3 YEARS MUST APPLY IN 3 SETS.
