The list of documents required for touristic travels to Hungary is below.

For Business Owners

On the company's titled paper
A copy of the company's signature circular

For Private Sector Employees

For Retirees

For Retirees:

A petition stating the travel date, home address and telephone number
A photocopy of the retirement certificate
A photocopy of the documents showing the income status (Credit card, real estate deeds, car license etc.).

For Public Personnel

For Civil Servants:

A petition stating the travel date, home address and telephone number
A letter from the institution where he/she works stating that he/she is on leave between his/her duty and travel dates
Original of the last pay slip
A photocopy of the documents showing the income status (Credit card, real estate deeds, car license etc.).

Important details to note

First time Schengen visa applicants:

For newly issued passports that do not include a Schengen visa

First time Schengen visa applicants must come to the consulate in person.

Passport:

Signed by the holder

13 extension periods and photocopies of the back page are requested.

Photo:

2 passport-sized photographs taken at 5 X 45 dimensions and not older than 1 year.

Business visas:

Business travel invitation with details

Reservations:

Hotel and plane ticket reservations with address and telephone information

Travel insurance:

30 thousand Euros or equivalent collateral

For dealer organizations:

A cover letter stating the purpose of travel, a list of names covering all participants and a detailed travel program are required.

Spouse and Children:

Copy of marriage certificate for married people

Student certificate for students

Copy of visa for spouses with valid visas

For children under the age of eighteen, if one of the parents is not present, the absent spouse

For Civil Servants:

A petition stating the travel date, home address and telephone number

A letter from the institution where he/she works stating that he/she is on leave between the duty and travel dates

Original of last pay slip

Copies of documents showing income status (credit card, real estate title deeds, car license, etc.).

The spouse must complete the documents of the person who provides for their family.

Guests:

Our customers who will bring guests must complete the documents of the person who provides for their family.

Visa form:

Visa application forms must be filled out and signed by the holder without leaving any spaces

Visa application forms will be sent to your address upon request.

Other details:

When preparing documents for our customers who have more than one workplace, they should choose the one they can prepare completely and, if possible, the company that has completed at least one year.
