F/B ERTURK LINES REFUND & CANCELLATION CONDITIONS AND GENERAL RULES

1) CHECK – IN

a) Passengers must be present at our Ulusoy Port Office at least 1 hour before the departure time to complete check-in procedures so that passport and visa checks can be carried out and tickets can be received. Check-in procedures end half an hour before the departure time. Passengers are obliged to present their vouchers during check-in. If they cannot present their vouchers and if the ticket cannot be found in the system, the company has no obligation to transport the passenger. It is recommended that you arrive earlier on weekends and during high season.

Passengers must be present at the ferry 15 minutes before the departure time.

Our passengers are obliged to arrange the time they spend in the Cafeteria or Free Shop within the Port area according to these rules.

b) Special provisions for passengers who will travel by vehicle;

Check-in procedures for passengers who will travel by vehicle are only carried out at the Ulusoy Port Office. Passengers with vehicles (only drivers) have priority for check-in. Please inform Ertürk officials about your situation.
Passengers with vehicles must be at the port 1 hour before the departure time for check-in. Vehicles arriving after 08:45 in morning trips and 18:15 in evening trips lose their vehicle transportation rights. *Customs Enforcement Directorate does not process late arriving vehicles.
For company vehicles, if you are a company owner, a company signature circular or if you are an employee, a power of attorney from a notary is required.
In order to travel abroad with a Rent a Car vehicle, a power of attorney must be obtained from the company through a notary.
Passengers who will travel to Chios do not need to have an international driver's license.
Yeşil Sigorta is an additional insurance policy that also validates your vehicle's insurance abroad. It can be obtained from insurance companies.

2) OPEN TICKETS: Open tickets can only be purchased for scheduled trips if the trip is suitable and are only carried out by Ertürk offices. In order to close open tickets, an Ertürk office must be contacted at least 1 day before departure and the passenger must be informed about this before the trip.

•The validity period of an open ticket is 6 months. Unused tickets are automatically cancelled after 6 months from the ticket issuance date.

•For tickets that are open, the agency that issued the ticket must sign and stamp the date of the open ticket and declare it on the boarding.

3) LOST TICKET: Passengers who lose their tickets must purchase a new ticket. Agencies are not responsible for ticket losses for any reason. The tickets found must be immediately forwarded to the Ertürk Central Office at Beyazıt Caddesi No 6-7 Çeşme/İzmir.

4) NON-TRANSFERABILITY OF TICKETS: Passenger tickets issued to a person's name cannot be transferred and cannot be resold to someone else.

5) TICKET CANCELLATION AND REFUND REQUESTS

Since the articles written under the title of “Third Section” of the Distance Contracts Regulation dated 27.11.2014 regulating the “Use of the Right of Withdrawal and the Obligations of the Parties” are not applied to “Passenger Transportation Services”; the BUYER does not have the right of withdrawal.

“Trip Cancellation and Refund Conditions
No change in passenger, date, time and route information of electronic tickets purchased according to this contract can be requested from the seller. The Buyer accepts and undertakes that he/she will not change the ticket purchased according to this contract in any way after the sales confirmation and will not request a refund.” Although it has been stated,

Ertürk Turizm Passengers have the right to open their tickets once and redate or redate them once, provided that they notify 2 days before the departure time. Refund requests will not be accepted.

6) CASES WHERE THE PASSENGER IS NOT ALLOWED TO EXIT ABROAD OR ENTRY IN GREECE

In cases where the passenger's entry/exit is prevented due to legal, administrative, visa or the vehicle, pet etc. that they want to take with them and not caused by Ertürk A.Ş., the service contract is terminated and no refund request is accepted.

7) CANCELLATION / CHANGE OF TRIP

•Agencies are obliged to record the mobile numbers of the passengers in the system. In this way, passengers can be informed about the cancellation or change of the trip.

•In trips that cannot be carried out due to adverse weather conditions, the passenger's ticket is suspended indefinitely. Ertürk A.Ş. is not responsible for accommodation, food and beverage expenses that may arise due to adverse weather conditions and similar situations that are beyond Ertürk's control.

• Ertürk reserves the right to change the time of the trip and the ship in cases of unscheduled Flag State controls and unplanned ship malfunctions.
•Ertürk Turizm A.Ş. reserves all rights regarding cancellation and changes to the trip.

8) TICKET CONTROL: Tickets are checked using the barcodes on the boarding gate. Passengers with tickets that have been cancelled, changed in date or suspended for any reason will not be allowed on board.

9) PASSENGERS WITH SPECIAL REQUESTS / PASSENGERS WHO WILL TRAVEL WITH PETS

•Agents must inform Ertürk Offices about passengers with special conditions at least 2 hours before departure.

•For passengers traveling with pets, the necessary documents must be requested from Ertürk Offices and delivered to Ertürk Çeşme Office 2 days before the travel. The passenger's travel cannot be confirmed without approval from Chios Veterinary Presidency.

Gate Visa Your Gate Visa application will be forwarded to the relevant unit on the relevant Greek Island by us 2 days before your entry. When you arrive on the island, you must apply individually by lining up at the Gate Visa unit that our personnel will direct you to. Please do not line up with regular visa holders. Follow the directions of the staff on duty. Since the Gate Visa process may take a long time depending on the passenger density, Erturk Tourism has no responsibility for these waiting times. If your application made to the Chios Visa Center by us is not accepted or approved, or if your application is accepted but you arrive in Chios and a visa is not issued, Erturk Tourism has no responsibility and the visa fee cannot be refunded.
