Erturk Tourism was founded in 1960 in Izmir, Turkey. Initially, the company was limited to transporting passengers and vehicles between Turkey and Greece. In the late 70s and early 80s, the demand for special interest tours began to grow with our creativity in tailor-made organizations. In addition, ERTURK Tourism added a retail sales division to its structure to help individual vacationers and corporate travelers. Today, we are proud to offer our customers unique opportunities.
We are also members of IATA (International Air Transport Association) and TURSAB (Turkish Travel Agencies Association), whose members provide travel for more than 80% of Turkish companies. Membership is formed by leading groups of multi-branch travel agencies organizing business travel, as well as many medium-sized independent agencies and a number of small specialist agencies.
